I want to start off by saying Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It's for everyone. You get together with family and friends to give thanks for all the good things in your life and have an amazing meal! No pressure of buying gifts or wondering what someone got you and did you reciprocate in kind. It's all about the good stuff without the pressures of Christmas. The only problem I have is what to do with all the leftovers!!!! I'm torn between eating all that great food and staying on my diet!!!!! I'm thinking I just spend the next week gorging myself and then spend the next year dieting and exercising. What do any of you do?
